Our Approach
PAC delivers cost-efficient and fit-for-purpose advisory and consulting services for startups and innovators.
Using our Product-Leader Fit™ (PLF) process, we curate data-driven matches for clients with seasoned product and tech leaders. Kicking off a PLF process, a startup or innovator client completes a brief, personalized intake form, sharing key priorities and needs. Intake form results are compared with our aggregated advisor assessment (600+ data points) and is used to either:
Facilitate Spark Sessions or
Curate data-driven matches with one or more PAC advisors.
The Product Advisory Board (PAB) is a unique, cost-efficient PAC service that helps innovators and startups accelerate past challenges and achieve business outcomes. Using our PLF process, we curate an advisory board of three or more leaders, who have complementary and diverse backgrounds, to share seasoned and fit-for-purpose advice, support and guidance with clients over time.
Collectively, PAB advisors often have experience being “where” your team is today and “where” it is heading. By working together, clients receive vetted advice from PABs.
Iteratively, over a period of at least three (3) months, PAB advisors guide and advise you and your team toward measurable outcomes and meaningful results.
Diversity, insights, expertise and collaboration are mission critical for innovators and startups to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful outcomes, and PAC’s PAB delivers on all cylinders.
To elevate women leaders in product and tech, PAC’s membership program offers aspiring and seasoned advisors and consultants various opportunities for growth, collaboration and neworking.
Members have opportunities to connect with prospective clients, join collaborative advisory engagements, exchange insights with peers and receive strategic and personalized feedback through Product Therapy, a peer group of 120+ women product leaders.
As part of our Product-Leader Fit™ process, members on-board by completing a 600+ data point Strengths Self-Assessment, through which they explore and clarify their unique strengths, outcomes and value propositions within the tech, innovation and startup ecosystems.
Members may be employed full-time and advising ad hoc on the side, consulting independently full-time, or in transition and networking.
PAC aims to amplify members’ talents, strengths, voices and insights through our partnerships, client engagements and platform.
